Keurig Dr Pepper   March 2021-Present                    

  • Boston, MA- Senior Financial Analyst, Investor Relations. Member of current two-person IR team for one of the leading beverage companies in North America, with annual revenue in excess of $11 billion and nearly 27,000 employees. Work closely with Sustainability team to properly communicate ESG goals and initiatives to both the buy- and sell-side, as well as gather hot topics and concerns for future discussions. Create weekly presentation for ELT meetings with information regarding KDP, as well as peer updates and industry news. Manage relationships with 19 covering analysts and current/potential holders through calls, conferences, NDRs, etc. Planned and organized the company’s virtual Investor Day that covered KDP’s outlook and the recent completion of its three-year, post-merger period. 

ICR, Inc.   June 2018- March 2021

  • New York, NY- New York, NY- Retail & Consumer Investor Relations Associate. Clients include private, pre-IPO, public, and SPAC companies; spearhead earnings process setup including conference calls, webcasts, releases, callback scheduling, and model analysis; organize and arrange analyst and investor days, rebranding events, non-deal roadshows, and conferences; experience with activist campaigns, proxy contests, and crisis communications; support clients participating in the Annual ICR Conference; tactical and strategic ongoing communication with client’s C-suite and IR team; prepare IR strategies and calendars, track and manage analyst estimates, and ad hoc benchmarking projects

Trained two incoming Associates and filled Associate role as a result of a personnel departure; setup and worked NAREIT Conference; submitted daily morning research for investor and public relations clients; summarized and analyzed C-suite transcripts

  • President and Founder. Founded Phi Psi Chapter of the prestigious, co-ed fraternity at Elon University; recruited 72 members to represent the largest Installation in DSP history; organized speakers, workshops, fundraisers, community service, and job/internship recruitment events; spearheaded weekly meetings and attended conferences nationwide

Isabella Cannon Leadership Fellow   August 2014-May 2018

  • Fellow. One of 18 students chosen to further develop and strengthen their leadership capabilities; created a Common Good Project positively impacting the Elon community
